Hi Mamad,

 

Congratulations on your new son! 

 

The definition of hypertrophy is an increase in size/volume of an organ/tissue.  So, your sons prognosis is dependent on the organ/tissue affected.  I recommend discussing with your son's physician to get all your questions answered.
