Q: Treadmill stress test blood pressure started 148/82 during exercise it dropped 78/62?

I am a 25 year old female non smoker.  The last four months I have had chest pains that occure with fast heart rate, pain and shortness of breath my doctor thought asthma but inhaler didn't help.  She sent me for a treadmill stress test my starting ekg they sad was already abnormal during the exercise my blood pressure continualy dropped. It started at 148/82 and ended at 78/62 could you shed a little light on what this might mean?
