21 year old female, chest pain...look! Help now!

I am a 21 year old female who has been experiencing some weird health issues such as passing out, chronic nausea, migraines, and fatigue. Well today I all of a sudden developed a mild pain in my chest (on my upper left side) and a tightness feeling. I didn't think much of it but when I sat up I felt a dull pain go through my left arm. What could this be? Stress? Or something more..should I go to the E.R.?

I recommend you contact your physician to discuss your symptoms. It may be related to anxiety, but best to be evaluated.
