if you have had a mild heart attack dose your blood presure drop?

i've had some serious pains in my chest and being 45 never ever suffered from heart burn,but since the pains have started my blood presure has dropped from what was 127/130 over76/79 to105/100 over 82/89.please advise

The blood pressure changes you've described are not that dramatic, and indeed, there can be changes in blood pressure with a heart attack - both up and down.  I am more concerned with your chest discomfort which sounds like a new problem.  You need to contact your physician for an evaluation as soon as possible.  This could be a symptom of heart disease, or another problem, such as gastrointestinal (as you have suggested). 

 

Chest pain is a serious symptom that needs to be evaluated quickly.  If the cause is heart disease, then early diagnosis is essential.
