  simoa szczepanski,   Thanks for your question.    The blood pressure changes you've described are not that dramatic, and indeed, there can be changes in blood pressure with a heart attack - both up and down.  I am more concerned with your chest discomfort which sounds like a new problem.  You need to contact your physician for an evaluation as soon as possible.  This could be a symptom of heart disease, or another problem, such as gastrointestinal (as you have suggested).    Chest pain is a serious symptom that needs to be evaluated quickly.  If the cause is heart disease, then early diagnosis is essential.     Best wishes.   Martin Cane, M.D.
