Can anyone make out what may be causing these chest pains?

For the past three days or so, I have been experiencing these chest pain in the middle of my chest right between my breast. If I place my hands over my breast in cup position and pull a little while pushing in the middle of my chest, it is very tender and hurts really bad. I haven't notice any lumps in my breast, all my blood came back okay, and the emergency room doctor ruled out a possible heart attack. I am curious to what can be causing this, the pain is non stop all day and night. Can anyone make out what this may be?
