Hi graham bonnet:
Do you feel it would be best to be evaluated by a physician? Have you had a recent chest x-ray to know there isn't an infection going on? I would recommend you seeing physician first to make sure nothing serious is going on. If you are confident that you are pretty well okay, it would be best to visit with the pharmacist about proper over the counter medications. There are so many products out there now a days. The pharmacist would be the best resource of what over the counter meds would be best for your symtpoms as well if it would interact with any other current medications that you may be on.
Hope this helps you out,
Take care,
Tara
