Hi Descartes5,
You have many options for increasing your activity at home.
Dynabands are a great tool for strength training. They take up very little space to store and offer different levels of resistance.
Have you tried wearing a pedometer? You can use a pedometer to measure how much activity you're getting during the day. Let's say you are taking 2000 steps each day, set yourself a goal to hit 3000 steps (you might find yourself marching in place while watching TV to hit your goal!).
Exercise videos are another effective option.

All the best,
