    I get muscle cramps. Which vitamin should I take?

    Hi Madhujha,

    Here is a link that lists potential causes of Muscle Cramps.  Sometimes certain stretches can help with muscle cramps.  Ask your physician if taking something like calcium or magnesium might be helpful/safe for you. Sometimes it can be something as simple as a vitamin deficiency that's causing them, but it's always best to talk to your doctor if it's something you're concerned about.
