my left arm aches/throbs periodically..and my left hand tingles.. sometimes throbbing after the arm begins to ache. There is no particular activity or time that this occurs, just periodically.. sometimes throughout a day.. sometimes several days pass and it happens only once.

It is difficult to get a good sense of what can be causing this without more information, but a few things come to mind. The most likely is neuropathy, which is a nerve problem that can be caused by an entrapment of the nerve bundle somewhere along its course into the arm. The most well known of these entrapment syndromes, is carpal tunnel syndrome. These symptoms can also be associated with some spinal cord problems, especially if there is associated back pain. Consider discussing your symptoms with a neurologist.

I have been told my heart rate is to low. Going on June 29th for a 24 hour heart monitor and back to doctor on the 2nd of July. But have been having a light feeling of tingle in left arm on and off and being lightheaded.
Should I tell the people who gives me the monitor or wait til I see my doctor in a week?
There is know way to see him now since the clinic is closed as of now.
