Hi Gerry Baudean,

To my knowledge, weight gain is NOT a side effect of taking supplements or eating foods with plant sterols.

Best of luck,

I am having the same problem, I am taking centrum cardo vitamin, and using wheat germs, flax seeds,  eating oatmeal.   I am not overing eating, yet I am gaing weight, never had this problem before,  could the plant sterols be causing the weight gain.
