Thanks for your question. 

Your symptoms do not have the usual characteristics of heart disease.  Because your symptoms are positional, they are most likely related to a musculo-skeletal cause.  Perhaps you strained a muscle or ligament exercising, or from a minor injury.  Sometimes it takes several days to manifest itself with symptoms. 

Another possibility is gastrointestinal.  You may be having some reflux symptoms, which occurs when stomach juices splash up into the esophagus, causing discomfort.  These symptoms are worse when lying down or bending over. 

I would schedule an appointment with your doctor for his evaluation of your symptoms.  If this is muscular, then over the counter medication may do the trick.  If, however, he thinks you have reflux, then this needs to be treated.  Taking anti-inflammatory medication, like motrin and aspirin, could aggravate the reflux situation.  I'm sure your doctor will be able to clarify the situation and get you some relief.
