Q: My husband had chest pains 4 years ago.

He had 7 blockages, and underwent quadruple bypass surgery.  They could not fix the 3 blockages on the back of the heart.  Last night he complained about sweating and sick to his stomache.  He said that had been going on for 2 days.  Should I be concerned?  He will not go to the doctor.  The last time he went for a check up, they told him that the only way to really tell if their is heart problems is not through an EKG, but through the catherization.  Is this true?  Should I request a catherization?
