a week ago i started having minor pains in my chest. i passed off as gas and took gas pills but they never worked. now for 7 days it has not stopped and it keeps me from sleeping. if i lay down the pain or pressure is worse. it's just a constant pain i can't get rid of. the pains are all through my chest and go alongside my spine.
Q: what would cause an adult male to experience severe chest pains for over a week.
