Thursday, October 29, 2009 Marie asks

Q: I am having a pain right above my left breast, going under my arm, going into my middle finger.

This has been going on since the middle of of last night.  It is not a continuous pain but a come and go thing every few minutes.  I already have heart disease, do I need to get to the hospital.  I have been hospitalized many times for chest pain and feel like the little boy who cried wolf.  They put me in ICU and send me home 2 days later.  How do I know when its the real thing.
