Hi Ldg3363,

There is no one omega 3 brand I recommend over another.  I suggest evaluating the nutrition label to ensure the content of EPA and DHA is high.  A good goal is greater than 600 mg EPA + DHA per 1000 mg fish oil.  There is a Spring Valley brand at Walmart that provides 684 mg EPA + DHA per 1000 mg fish oil, but there are other options.

All the best,
