Sharp pain under my right arm and right shoulder blade. Should I be concerned?

This morning I lifted my arm to brush my hair and experienced a sharp pain under the upper arm and a discomfort to my right shoulder blade. I did have a few lymph nodes removed 5 years ago when I had breast cancer and I do take high blood pressure medication.
