I have been trying to get back into the gym to lose this weight but right away my heart rate goes to 130 and in little time after that it can get up to 150-160 working out strong on the bike. I can't maintain that level for more than a minute. I want to know if I am in danger of a heart attack, should I take it slower, my cardio only lasts around thirty minutes right now but I wish desperately to lose this weight without dying trying. Any suggestions would be great. Oh and my blood pressure is almost always completely normal.
