Can I Swim after triple heart bypass surgery?

 I had triple heart bypass surgery 14 months ago and I also had a stroke at the same time. I am keen to get back to swimming although I only swim breast stroke would this be possible, or is it too soon.  Before the operation I was a fit 75 year old Many thanks
