I have episodes at night (usually when I first start to fall asleep) that feel like my hearts stops.

About 5 days out of the week, when I first starting falling a sleep, I feel as though my heart is stopping. It wakes me up and typically my heart starts to pound really hard. This may occur 4 - 5 times before I finally fall a sleep. Just this morning when I woke up, I laid on my back, and started...
