history of SVT, had "different" type episode. was numb on left side. SVT or heart attack?

Candice

My husband has a history of SVT. Sat morning he had an "episode". He said it was different this time. More intense, took longer to go away. He was numb on his left side from shoulder to toes for quite a few hours after. Was this SVT? Heart attack? Stroke? He insisted he was fine and went to work. Please advise me as soon as possible. Thank you.
