I feel alot of pain in mt chest a little to the left not directly in the center, lightheadedness dizziness my arms feel heavy and it is sometimes along with the chest pain in the same area on my back. I am a 36 yr old female. Can you tell me if i need to seek a dr.s help? also my heart beats very fast and makes me feel jitterty or sometimes very slow where everything feels heavy and i get so tired.
