Right Ventricular Hypertrophy, or RVH, is becoming more common among male bodybuilders. When pushing weight, the right ventricle works harder to push blood to the lungs for more oxygen. With time, it enlarges. RVH is reversible: reduce workout time, lower blood pressure , avoid caffeine and exercise stimulants, get extra sleep. etc. If left unchecked, however, the condition will worsen.
