Hello Padiappa. You ask about chest and back pain which apparently affects your ability to move (bow). I think more information would be helpful, such as your age and general physical condition. What is your health history, and do you have any prior heart health issues? Based only on this question, generally speaking "reproducable" pain - that is, if you push the area and it hurts, or you move, and it hurts, is not heart related. It sounds as if you may have muscle inflammation in this area, which responds well to an anti-inflammatory drug such as Ibuprofen, and rest. Of course as with any question, I would recommend talking to your physician if you have any concerns. By the way, the heart is located in the center of the chest and does not always present pain on the left side. I hope this is helpful

Thanks for the info Leslie. I'm a bit worried, about 2 days ago I felt tightness in my chess everytime I breathe. I'm 33 years old and have no history of any sickness an d my family too. I also afraid to go medical check up, I might have a bad bad news.
