My husband has a family history of HPB and High Cholesterol.  His mother, father and 39 yr old brother are on medication for HBP.  My husbands average th elast 12 months when we check it is around 150 over 90.  He's not been feeling so well lately, but we have no insurance so he won't go get checked.  Any suggestions on how he could bring his blood pressure down naturally?

Exercising regularly and consistently can help with lowering high blood pressure.  (hypertension or HTN) Also, trying to eat a low sodium diet can help. Homemade meals are better than eating out, but any quick (boxed or frozen) meals from your local food market can also be high in sodium.
