Lisa Nelson's answer, while wellmeant, is not the correct ans. for you. What she is suggesting will never result in you (actually) loosing any weight. > Her aproach: Step #1 - Step #2, etc., etc. can never be efficacious concerning the amt. of weight you desire to loose.
I realize you've already tried every stradegy on the planet for loosing weight but have not achieved the results you are searching for.
You don't have to think about 'motivation' which seems to be your main focus. Infact, YOU don't have to do anything, or even think about it anymore. Disappointment has become a serious part of your life because of this 'problem' which does need to be a problem at all.
My 'formula' isn't a 'formula' at all. There are no 'steps' & by the summer of 09 you will be at, or below the correct weight which is right for you.
If you are receptive to what I will suggest to you please make this indication. I don't want to waste your time, or mine......
