Hi KULWANT kaur,

 

The following are recommendations in the United States: Estimated Average Requirement is 400 IU per day and the Recommended Dietary Allowance is 600 IU per day for women aged 51-70.  However, depending on your medical history and current conditions, your physician may recommend a different dose. Vitamin D3 is a form of vitamin D.  It is produced by humans in the skin when skin is exposed to sunlight.  Dietary sources of vitamin D may include fish, fortified milk, eggs and cod liver oil.
