I have CHF I am a 46 yr. old female. My heart is functioning at 18% how long appx. until death?

I was first diagnosed when I was 43. At that time my heart function was 30%. Is there any surgery that could be offered to extend my life? I have applied for S.S. so I will have insurance if they approve me. Otherwise, I have no way to pay for anything that would help me to live longer. I have 3...
