Hi tianuna.  It is impossible to predict how long someone with live with heart disease, even a weakend muscle like yours.  Always keep hope.  Finding out why your heart is weakened is very important.  Is it from CAD, heart blockages?  High blood pressure?  A virus?    Many medications are available and can be obtained inexpensively that can improve weakening of the heart muscle:  beta blockers, ace inhibitors, aldosterone blocking drugs, and ace receptor blockers.  These medications can often be obtained for $4 each a month.  So even if you don't have a great deal of money you might be able to be placed on medications that can change your long term outlook.   Find out from your doctor what is causing you weaked heart muscle.  If you aren't already taking these medications, seek out a heart specialist to help you.    Don't lose hope.
