26 yo female w/chest pain, flipped t-waves and left ventricular enlargement

I'm 26 yo female who is overweight, i've experienced palpitations before but I was told my ekg was normal at that time. Just recently I was hospitalized after having palpitations and left sided chest pain, my ekg showed flipped and flat twaves in lead II, III and AVF. I was put on telemetry overnight and cardiac enzymes were normal. My ekg from 3yrs prior also revealed flipped t-waves. I had an echo which showed mild ventricular enlargement with normal wall thickness. I was sent home with a 30 day event monitor and was told by the medical team not to worry about the flipped t waves because I was young. I don't have high blood pressure and my cholesterol is normal. I was told that sometimes hormones such as estrogen can cause flipped t waves.Should I be concerned since i'm symptomatic? I have a follow up w/ PCP in a month, should I request stress test?
