I get shoulder and left arm pain all the time

Thanks for your question. 

From your brief description, it's difficult to say what is causing your discomfort.  Many more questions have to be asked and you need a face to face evaluation with your physician.  It is possible for arm/shoulder discomfort to represent cardiac disease, so it very important to follow up on this problem.  Of course there are other causes for your symptoms, most of which are confined to the shoulder itself, as well as originating in the neck, but symptomatic in the shoulder/arm.

So play it safe and make an appointment with your doctor soon.
