Q: can a 34 yo with normal to low blood pressure still have a stroke or heart attack?

I am 34 male, non smoker but smoked adout 10 years ago, for about  2 years now I have been feeling tired or  fatigued during the day,and reacently have been having some aching in my left shoulder,and about a week ago I had some weird burning sensation in the middle of my chest and upper back, it got worce when i would swollow,and yes I do chew tabacco,sometimes I feel I have a lack of focus and feel depressed! I have very good blood pressure and sometime it's even low, When I Get stessed out my heart skips a beat or flutters,this only happens anout once a month it's been the same my whole life,and my mom's heart does the same thing when she gets stressed out! I am so tired of being tired!! Do you think I have a heart problem or just stress and depression!
