chest pains

hello. i've been having chest pains on and off mostly on my left breast area but on my right sometimes and sometimes upper back pains as well. i am 32 don't smoke and had a

u/s in the heart 4 mos ago which was fine.

 

last night i had pain again in my left breast area which lasted

for about 2 hrs. i took a paracetamol pill which helped a lot.

 

but i am very worried if it's a heart condition.

 

this is been going on for quite a while now.  

 

pls i'm so scared.

Thanks for your question and I'm sorry that you're having discomfort.  Some of the symptoms you described are not typical for heart disease, but when it comes to chest pain, it can be very difficult to make a diagnosis.  You need to see your physician who will take your history, ask key questions about your symptoms, and examine you.  Only after this key interaction, can he make a determination about the cause, and, if necessary, reccommend further testing.  In the meantime, please review this website to get some educational background in preparation for you visit with you doctor.
