Q: Heart attack symptoms.. What and when should I worry and seek medical care.

After suffering a mild heart attack and blood clot in the brain that led to atrial fibruation I was referred to a cardilogist.  When I experience different feelings in the check I tried to see if I should get further tests,  My cardiologist is a woman and thought I was being paranoid about these since they cannot give me definite answers on when I have to worry and when I don't.  She said I could see an anaylist.  I told her I would wait. What I would like to know is there a more definite answer or guide for me that I can follow and whether there is or is not a guide should I go to and seek pschiatric therapy.  I have pressure feelings but not like someone is sitting on my chest.  They come in the back and I do have tight muscles across the shoulder that was always due to stress and tension but because I take warafin and I can no longer get deep tissue massages which used to take care of that.  I am concerned that my doctor's response could make me not seek medical advise when I should.  Any help regarding this will be appreciated.
