Q: After my heart attack, Seems as if I struggled with a slight memory loss or short-term recall void.

After a heart attack,  could I expect a slight memory loss or a confusion regarding short term memory recall, Particularly recalling names of people that I have known for years. I would get frustrated trying to recall these names and my family seemed to have enjoyed my challenge, I found this particularly concerning as I was struggling for a least two years. I had also expirenced slight depression as expected, but first for me.
