Q: I have a continuous yawning problem.Does it show the lack of oxygen or a heart condition ?

I am 29 yrs old,

a little fat by nature (103 killos)

I smoke 4-5 cig. a day

I mostly eat veggies.

recently ive the following problems

fear (apparantly there is nothing to fear about. its just a feeling)

breathing problem

continuous yawning.

continuous yawning is not a sign of heart condition, it is just due to lack of oxygen.  You may try to reduce weight ideal to your height and do any regular exercises like walking, jogging, or cycling or gym.  Then it will be alright.
