Thanks for your question. The answer depends on your present heart condition and what your exercise tolerance is. Before resuming any form of physical exercise activity, you should discuss it with your physician who knows your situation and is best qualified to advise you on the safety of returning to the course. In some cases, your doctor might request a stress test (if not done since surgery) to assess your present cardiac situation.
