I experienced yesterday and today shoulder pain in my left shoulder. It started as an ache and

turned into a dull pain. I also had sharp pain in my chest between my breastbone and shoulder at the top of my breast. I feel badly enough that I need to lie down. This lasts about 10'. I also feel weak and lethargic. I also continue to feel very, very tired and sad.
I am a 62 year old female with a five year titanium aortic valve. I do not smoke, but did a long time ago. From tests @ a year ago I do not have any blockages. Nothing has shown on the echocardiogram, EKG, stress test with and without IV.
