I am a massage therapist going to school to be a pt, and I have found that people with the problems that you are having have alot of trigger points in there pectoralis muscles. there is a book by Doctors Janet Travell and David Simons, revealed in their widely acclaimed medical textbook, Myofascial Pain and Dysfunction: The Trigger Point Manual. The trigger in pectoralis major muscle can cause pain that feels like angina from the heart. Breathing problems and other muscle pain can happen such as eye and headach.....
