What's this odd 'jabbing' ache I sometimes get on my lower chest?

It's not on my heart which is further up, it doesn't seem to be triggered by anything specific (deep breath or high pulse). It just seems to randomly give a sort of 'jabby' ache every so often, sometimes it only lasts a few seconds and soemtimes it can last for about 20 minutes. it doesn't seem…
