I had mitral valve replacement about 17 yrs ago. Now the dr.tells me I should have a cardiac cath,

because my aortic valve should be replaced soon.I do not have any symptoms at this time, so why should I take this test at this time? he said that my eccho read I believe .75 around there. Also take coumadin cause I have a mechanical valve...Is it a good idea to take the cath at this time? or could I wait...
