I am 25 years old and I have High Blood Pressure, WHY?

I gave birth to my 2nd child 2 and 1/2 weeks ago and through my whole pregnancy my blood pressure was perfect. From the time I went into labor all the way til now my blood pressure has been really high. As in 157/102 give or take everytime I take it. I've been taking it twice a...
