well only the right side of my chest hurts.it feels like something is going to burst orsomething is poking inside and it hurts when i cough and even more when i sneeze.i have no idea what this is or what the cause is.can you please help me???what should i do ??/

R sided chest pain can signify a right sided cardiac problem (possible heart attack) it can't be ruled out without a cardiac work up. But your specific description sounds more like a lung problem. Possibilites include a pneumonia,a pulmonary embolism (which needs immediate attention), bronchitis especially if your a smoker, or pleursey. You need medical intervention to find out what's going on. Those of us in the medical field usually have our crystal ball and magic wands in the shop. We can waste time doing all the guessing you want. Be your own advocate and get checked out.

I have tightness on the right side of my chest, and a funny feeling in my throat, near the tonsil area, do u think i am getting a heart attack.
