Q: Can flu cause left heart and central heart pains with radiation only occuring while having fever?

A complication of flu is pneumonia. The symptoms of pneumonia with fever include chest pain in the side of the infected lung.
However, the only way to diagnose pneumonia, flu, and the cause of your fever and chest pain is to see your physician or to go to the emergency room.
