How do I know if my boyfriend is having a 3rd heart attack

He was holding his chest and head and his jaw. He asked me to run and get some low dose aspirin. He refuses EMT treatment and is now alseep. What do I do? Do I wait until he wakes up because he wouldn't explain his discomfort and he's had nausea all day. Should I wait until he wakes up? I am...
