She is 58yrs old in good health but does have hyperlipidemia that runs in the family. She says it only happens occassionally without any other symtoms. Does this indicate a specific heart problem or is something else going on she isn't telling me?

I am 51 and have similar. Hyperlipidemia treted since 40yrs old and burning central chest feeling when I wake up.

My hands go to sleep when I'm lying in bed.
I have to rub them for five minutes or so to get them awake.
This morning the right hand and right arm were tingling for three or four minutes.
