Q: AM I HAVING HEART ATTACKS?

WHEN I GETTING REALLY STRESSED OUT OR MAD I GET STABBING OR PRESSURE IN MY CHEST, SHORTNESS OF BREATH, EXTREME DIZZY SPELLS, NAUSEA, AND PAIN IN MY NECK OF THE LEFT SIDE. SOMETIMES TINGLING AND PINS AND NEEDLES FEELING IN MY LEFT HAND. THE OTHER DAY I HAD THIS EPISODE AND TOOK MY BLOOD PRESSURE. IT WAS 167/83 AND NOW IM HAVING LOW BLOOD PRESSURE LIKE 102/69 ALTERNATING WITH NORMAL BP LIKE 140/80? IM CONFUSED AND DONT KNOW IF IM JUST HAVING PANIC ATTACKS OR HEART ATTACKS. I SUFFER FROM PTSD, SEVERE DEPRESSION, PANIC AND ANXIETY ATTACKS. HAVE 5 KIDS (2 YR OLD AND 3 YR OLD) LIVE WITH MY MOTHER-IN-LAW JUST LOST HEALTH INSURANCE DUE TO MY HUSBANDS LAY OFF! MY DAD HAD A HEART ATTACK AT AGE 48 AND HAD EXTREME HYPERTENSION, FIBROCYSTIC KIDNEYS, AND MY MOM ALSO HAD A HEART ATTACK IN HER EARLY 50'S. THEY BOTH DIED VERY YOUNG. SHOULD I WORRY IM HAVING A HEART ATTACK?
