I am 64 and have HB Pressure. I am experience gas like pain on my right lower back - heart attack?

I am 64, on have HBP controlled with 4 meds - Tonight I had "gas type" pressure in my lower right back for about 1 hour. I have taken aspirin, my night meds, gas pills and a rolaid. Any ideas, John
