Q: Do you think I had a heart attack??

I am a 50 year old female. For 2 nights in a row, my sleep was very poor. I kept waking up several times and at 4-5am could no longer sleep at all. This was Wed night and Thurs night. On Friday, I woke up with a pain in my left shoulder. I thought I slept in a bad position and nothing more. Shortly after I got to work, I started to feel nauseous, and chills. It got so bad that I had to go home @lunchtime. I had no fever, did not vomit, but the nausea persisted into the evening. I went to bed early and the next day felt fine, like nothing ever happened. Was it a 24 hour virus or a heart attack? Should I see a doctor?

It doesn't sound like a heart attack.

A heart attack would be very painful, it would tend to make you hot and sweaty, it would make you sleepy.
