shortnesss of breath pain in my left arm,hand lower jaw, these are not always together,but come on at different times, the pain in the chest can be the outer side, inside of the breast,all different places,which is normally then accompanied by the pain in my arm and hand, the palpitations are better after taking caffeine out of my diet, shortness of breath occurs occasionaly, i have heart problems, high blood pressure,diabetes and high colestrol that runs in the family. please advice, i have also had most test done to my heart, all have come back clear.thanks
